At Signs of Wellington, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom signage. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom signs, we do not offer refunds once production has started. Please double-check all proofs and order details before approval.
2. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they go into production. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or has a production error, contact us within 5 business days with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it by recreating it, repairing it, or offering a credit.
4. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
